I idea Windows xi for Mac was a preview and so perhaps you cannot purchase a licence for a preview build. By and large though Windows 11 licences are not available to buy currently and only devices with it pre-installed are bachelor.
Yous might have to look to buy a Windows eleven licence.
Every bit with Windows 10 though if you take Domicile edition you must activate that prior to buying an upgrade licence for Windows 10 Pro. If you desire to have Windows 11 Pro edition perhaps you should install that edition then look at a Pro licence, when available.

Windows does non support or sell Windows on ARM licenses. The insider copies are intended only for evaluation. You would non be able to change editions. You would accept to either use RDP with a Windows desktop, or buy a Windows PC for the best experience.

Information technology is possible to buy a Windows 11 license through the Microsoft Store. Simply login to the account, go to the store, purchase the license and hopefully it should actuate.

It is sad knowing that people are providing lots of absurd, wrong information.
MS is not currently selling Windows 11 license. They may get-go selling later the free upgrade flow, or peradventure before it ends. But until then, you tin purchase and use a Windows 10 license on 11.
I call back people should rely more than on official Microsoft sources and not random info from the internet.
Information technology's easy to ride downwardly a hill while it'south hard to climb the hill back up. Like that, information technology's easy to malfunction a computer while it's hard to gear up information technology.
